If you're using website analytics services such as Google Analytics, you may find they record UptimeBot pings that would show up in the analytics reporting dashboard and would appear as visitors and visitor "bounces".
To get a truer sense of conversion data, you can exclude the results from Google Analytics tracking using the following user-agents:
UptimeBot/1.0 US-1 (+https://uptime.bot/hello)
UptimeBot/1.0 EU-1 (+https://uptime.bot/hello)
UptimeBot/1.0 AP-1 (+https://uptime.bot/hello).
